There was an issue with my windshield's install that prevented it from being ready same-day. Not only did Shaun stay late to get the work done, he hand delivered the car to me the next day, just in time for me to leave on a trip I had planned. And on top of that, as an apology for the delay, he got my inspection sticker renewed. I guarantee that if I went to a national chain, I wouldn't have had my car for days on end. Three thumbs up!
