We brought the Titan Van to Lexington, MA on a very chilly morning to replace the windshield on this Honda minivan. This customer had a long crack that ran all the way across the bottom of the windshield:   After removing the old windshield, we prepared to install the new one by first priming the windshield and the car’s pinchweld: Then we applied the urethane seal – despite the temperatures being well below freezing that day, the special urethane that we use does not require heating, will work in temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and cures in only one hour: Then we installed the new windshield, checked for a proper fit, and reinstalled the van’s gaskets, wipers, mirror, and other hardware. He had found us by looking for a glass company that has experience with windshield replacements on Hummers. We traveled up to Rowley, MA to do this windshield replacement on a 2000 Ford F350. This is a repeat commercial account that was so impressed with the first job that we had done for them that they called again for this one. The vehicle was leaking terribly to the point that they had to have the electrical system replaced. When we got there, it was obvious that this was a improper install; the windshield moulding was not fitting flush to the body, and there was rust and rot everywhere.
