This windshield replacement on a 2013 Toyota Highlander was done up in Salem, NH. The customer had their coverage through Amica Insurance. This replacement required extra attention, as this was a heated windshield with acoustical interlay, a special layer in the glass that helps to reduce wind and road noise in the passenger cabin.
