Windshield Replacement on a 2002 Audi A6

We’ve been hard at work here at Titan Auto Glass.  Recently, we just completed repairs to this 2002 Audi A6 from Rowley, MA.  German cars can be a bit tricky, as they require a non-conductive urethane on the windshield replacement.  What is non-conductive urethane?  Non-conductive urethane, also called High Modulus Urethane (HMU), is an adhesive used in the repair of windshields.  Most German made vehicles require the use of a non-conductive urethane because if the urethane conducts electricity it will interfere with GPS, radio and cell phone reception (if vehicles have these options).
